兴之所至|丁立人：超越于技术的本真天然

丁立人先生的“艺术故事”（造型与叙事）贯穿他的一生，至今仍然如一眼新泉，汩汩不断。其中的母题之一，就是他从几岁开始、至今九十余岁仍然不断改造、演绎着的“西游记”系列。展览中的两幅“西游记”系列作于2022年，主角除了孙猴子，还有见证着丁立人一段工作履历（他上世纪六十年代曾在中科院昆虫研究所工作）的对象——昆虫（螽斯）。两幅绘画，猴子顶虫子，虫子姿势不同，所以一幅“其乐无比”，另一幅“惊心动魄”。画面均松弛自然，云卷云舒，趣味盎然。
类似的趣味与笔意可追溯至更早，展览中出现的另外四幅纸本重彩作品便是例证。无论是侧倚着的人，还是驮着骑士的白马，还是阻止船儿倾覆的力士，他们的造型总在准确与歪曲之间，艺术家的下笔亦似在计划和有意之外。创造出的结果，便是熟悉物象的生拙与陌生之感。这其中的讲究与不讲究，是技术的，也是超越于技术的，总汇聚在艺术家的性情，本然纯真，一派天成。
于是，丁立人的艺术就没有了固化的边界。当他搬家、手头没有颜料的时候，他便拿起剪刀，看似不经意地创造了一系列剪纸作品。不过这些形式各异，呼应主题（“顺风顺水”、“白手起家”、“五指菱”）的剪纸，又是有着艺术自觉的。剪纸和叙事结合，构成了2022年、2023年作品中，对于朋友“老贝”的各种演绎，星空中跳舞，平地起惊雷；兔年的与兔共舞，小九妹侧脸的眼神，实际上是正正地望向画外，也同样地望向我们……

艺术家介绍
丁立人
1930年出生于浙江海门，六岁习画，曾就学于南京大学、山东大学及中央美术学院华东分院。丁立人是东西方艺术融合实践的代表人物，他在艺术思想和艺术形式上的探索，对中国美术界意义深远。他对中国的三代玉器、秦汉石刻、近代的木版年画、剪纸以及非洲、爱斯基摩人等艺术兴趣浓厚。他借鉴民间美术的皮影、绘画、陶瓷、木雕、色彩运用等多种民族艺术元素，在东西方艺术融合中追求绘画意境的具象、绚丽华彩的表达，以及东方艺术的清新与神秘。
